Project-based and Unlimited plans
We understand that every project is different. This means that there isn’t one solution that fits all needs.
At Design Infinity, we rather work in a way that’s best for our clients needs. Sometimes that means drafting up a contract and defining the project goals, and sometimes that means jumping in client requests and getting to work ASAP.
What are the project-based and unlimited plans?
Project-based work is when we discuss the specifics of your projects, set milestones, define goals, and give you quote with a timeline. You sign your contract and agree to the payment terms and we start working on your project.
While project-based work is a more traditional approach, it is still beneficial in many cases. It’s main advantages are:
- Customized quote and timeline
- Clear milestones and goals
- Suitable for complex or one-time projects
To explain our unlimited plans, we’ll break them down in different parts:
Unlimited Design & Website development:
Think of us as an agency on retainer. You give us a task, we complete it in 2-3 business days on average. We’ll also revise it until you’re 100% satisfied. It's like having a full design & development department at a fraction of a cost.
Unlimited Photography:
Think of us as your whole shooting department! You send us your products and tell us the types of photos you want. We deliver the photos in less than 8 business days on average without you going through the whole contract signing process. Ideal for clients with a high volume of photo requests.
The main advantages of our unlimited plans are:

- Unlimited requests and revisions
- Fast turnaround time
- Ideal for ongoing design, photography, and development needs
Most of our clients start with a project then shift to a monthly unlimited plans.
Sometimes it might be hard to decide what plans works best for your specific needs. If that’s the case, you can book a free discover call with us and we’ll guide you through everything.
Flexible communication
We will always prioritize working asynchronously. However, sometimes nothing can replace a good ol’ fashion meeting. Personally, I even meetup with my clients for a coffee to go over some details sometimes (This is also available to you if you’re based in Ottawa!).
In general, we use Trello for project management. We’ll invite you (or whoever else you want us to) to your dedicated Trello board. That’s where you can submit requests if you’re on a monthly plan or where you’ll see your projects progress if we’re working on your project.
You'll also receive updates from us every step of the way. You'll be able to see what request we're working on, change the order of your queue, and much more!

We include a free monthly catch-up meeting in all our plans. If you require more, let us know!
Unlimited, but Pause-able!
There are times that we’ve worked so good for you as an agency that you simply don’t have anymore request for us! Well in that case, you can simply pause your monthly plan until you have more work!
It’s actually funny how easy it is to pause your membership. Learn how here.
Unlike other agencies, we've added this feature so you only pay for work we actually do for you. You never need a reason for either pausing or canceling! You simply pause/cancel through your Stripe dashboard.
Whenever you have more work to be done, we'll be ready for you. Just simply un-pause and we'll start working together again.
